My Favorite Mountain Bike Rides
This great state is full of trails from St. George to Vernal, this list is by no means comprehensive. It represents the rides I love and ride frequently.

- The Ridge Trail - American Fork canyon - and many connectors
- Lambert Park - Great early spring, late fall rides. They hold a winter mountain bike race here every year
- Strawberry ridge (Hot springs long loop) - Diamond Fork canyon up Spanish fork canyon
- Black Hawk loop - Payson canyon
- Bennie Creek Down hill - Payson canyon
- Luke's trail is awesome bracnhes out onto many other nice trails.
Goodwater rim - amazing views in the San Rafael Swell area.

- Bartlett wash
- Poison Spider - Portal trail loop
- Slick rock - only if you do all of the less ridden extras.
